Signing in

One person, one account: whichever way you sign in, you land in the same account and the same spaces, as long as it’s the same email address.

A link by email

Enter your email address and click “Get a link by email”: you receive a sign-in link, valid for 15 minutes and usable once. This way always works, even if you set a password.

A password

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then “Use my password”.
  2. To set one: “Settings › Account and security” → “Set a password” (8 characters at least; passwords known from data leaks are refused).
  3. You can change or remove it at any time from the same page.

Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot your password?” under the password field: you receive a sign-in link by email. Once signed in, a banner offers “Change your password”.

Confirm it’s you

Before a sensitive action (security settings, subscription, transferring ownership, deleting the space), PixelBureau checks it’s you: a two-factor code, your password or a code by email. You won’t be asked again for 15 minutes.
