Billing and seats

Your space is free for up to 5 members. Beyond that, the Team plan is paid by seats: you choose how many, and each member takes one.

Prices

Team plan: €7 excl. VAT per seat per month, or €6 excl. VAT per seat per month billed annually (€72 per year). With 8 seats, you pay for 8, taken or not.

Switch to the Team plan

  1. Open “Settings › Billing”, then “Open billing”.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly, your “Seats” (at least the seats already taken), your billing country and, for an EU business, your VAT number.
  3. Click “Switch to Team”: you pay on Stripe’s secure page, by card or SEPA direct debit.
  4. Your plan updates within a few seconds.

VAT

France: 20% VAT. Businesses in the EU outside France with a valid VAT number: no VAT (reverse charge). Outside the EU: no VAT. Individuals in the EU: 20% VAT.

Adding and removing seats

In “Manage billing”, “Seats” shows how many are taken, for example “8 of 8 taken”. A free seat is needed to add someone. A freed seat stays billed until you lower the number. Choose “One seat more” or “One seat less”: the effect is shown, for example “1 more seat: about €66 excl. VAT now (pro rata), then €72 excl. VAT a year.”, and “Update” confirms it. One seat less refunds nothing: the next invoice is lower.

All seats taken? When you add someone, PixelBureau tells you: “All seats are taken. Add one in Billing.”

Invoices, payment method and cancellation

“Payment method and invoices” opens your billing portal: download invoices, change your card, update your address or VAT number, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no fees.
